That is very strange, you have med energy turrets to lvl 4 yet you have med pulse lazer spec skill. either an eve-sheet bug not showing lvl 5 on turret skill or.....

I wouldn't even say 5bil, most people aren't going to pay you for the imps sadly and add to that lower skills for mining IE no exhumers/t2 crystals ETC. 4bil max B/O is my opinion just based on sp id see 3bil offers though, he basically can fly mi...

To me, support/gunnery skill out weight learning by a fair margin when it comes to pvp toon. Its a nice toon, but not specialized enough to bring 400m/m sp. Too much "time to fly" on him, so 250m to 300m /m sp max is my opinion.

6bil b/o is way to high. You cant fly anything and you have no support skills..not even T2 weapons (although they are close). looks more like a 18m sp starter with dang nice learning (learning wont let you fly and fit a ship). Had me looking hard ...
